Guys, life can be simple. If you think you’re fat and you’re ashamed of your looks, just get the fuck off of tumblr and exercise. It’s SO MUCH easier than taking lots of pictures of your belly and crying your heart out for strangers. Just do something for yourself instead of waiting for someone to find an answer.
